Pattern-making services are provide in the range of original draping from sketches, flat pattern-making, rub-offs of existing samples as well as store bought and vintage.  

 Grading is the process of incrementing an original size into all the range needed to be brought into production based on the company’s established grading rules.

A company will bring what they might consider a standard grade rules , however based on my more than 30 years of working in the business and the fact that I’m also a pattern maker by trade gives me an advantage for determining the best possible outcome in keeping the original design integrity.

 Marker making is the process of optimizing the consumption of fabrics for the best possible yields which contributes to the bottom line in profitability.

A base size estimate can be done in advance for determining the better cost at the beginning of the design process and will influence the final decision.

 Spec sheets are needed to establish points of measure in all areas of the prototypes to be produced. Along with very clear and concise pictures made up of front and back views as well as inside construction details a technical package is a must to have a well planned line.

 Files formats in, DXF, MDL, GERBER, OPTITEX, HPGL, can all be converted based on customer’s compatibility system.
